Support Expectations
During business hours, expect calls and emails to be returned within the hour. Calls and emails sent outside business hours WILL NOT be returned until the next set of open hours.
Emergency Help calls are expected to be answered within the first call, but if not, expect a call back within 15 minutes. We also expect calls only to occur for critical business functions that are no longer working (Bridge, Diamond, Email, www.fchn.com...etc.) Please use your best judgement and leave a voicemail for the HelpDesk to return during regular business hours if appropriate.
