New Wireless Guest Network in Seattle

Modified on: Fri, Dec 13 2019 6:37 AM

Hey Team,

Over the past few months, we’ve attempted to make improvements in processes to make joining guests to our guest wireless network in Seattle easier, while staying secure. Unfortunately, there are still some hiccups here and there with the wide range of knowledge guests have. This caused us to make a change, in hopes to make the process as easy as connecting to your own home wireless network.

In recent weeks we’ve decided to go a different route and create a new wireless network in our Seattle Office around the 3 Conference Rooms, Dr. Rust Boardroom, Olympic Room and Spokane Room. This will allow guests in our Seattle office, to quickly and easily join our guest network.

You’ll find metal plaques in each room with a simple name and password for joining the wireless network. Here is a picture:

What does this mean?

Guests will no longer need to check in with Mary-Jane / Front Desk for a login to the “FCH Guest” Wi-Fi.

To avoid confusion, we will be disabling the “FCH Guest” network previously used in our Seattle Office. This won’t affect Spokane or Billings guest networks.

Thank you!
