Jabra Engage 65 Headset: Re-Pair With Base

Check that headset base is plugged in and the headset is charged.

Give this a try if you have these symptoms: no sound, no mic, no red mute lights on headset itself.

Press and hold the earpiece button (center) until you hear "POWERING OFF".

Press and hold the earpiece button again until you hear "POWERING ON" followed by "CONNECTED".

Press the RED END CALL button on the base. The headset is now ready for use.

**If you hear "POWERING ON" followed by a repeated chime, your headset is not pairing.

Start the process over and try again.
